 I have been struggling with whether I am the right leader for my  organization following a year of personal and organizational challenges.  I needed assistance thinking through how to approach the situation and  move forward in a way that makes sense for myself and for my  organization.

I see more clearly now that I am in the driver's  seat of my career and that my responsibility for the organization does,  in fact, have an end point. Understanding that will help me know how  long to stay, and where to go. Althea has been a wonderful resource as I  seek to clarify my vision and direction for myself, personally and  professionally.

The past year has been  challenging for me and I wanted the support of a coach to refocus my  intentions for wellbeing. I started coaching because I feel like I have so much to continue to  learn and the desire and need to develop better work habits. The process  was a reminder of how nice it is to have someone that you are  accountable to for your progress. I now have started a vision/plan for  more consistent dedicated work patterns. I was surprised by Althea's  sense of empowering empathy and kindness. It was great to work with a  coach that was calming and did not have any sense of judgement. She  truly embodies “coach” in all the best ways.
